Scambiatori a piastre ispezionabili ad altro rendimento
Gli scambiatori ispezionabili UNEX sono costituiti da un pacco di piastre stampate in acciaio di altissima qualità e da guarnizioni adatte ai fluidi ed alle temperature richieste dall’applicazione. La particolare conformazione del canale creato da due piastre consente di raggiungere alti coefficienti di scambio, grande turbolenza e quindi sporcamento minimo.
Le piastre sono racchiuse in un telaio in acciaio al carbonio verniciato, che ne assicura la tenuta alla pressione di lavoro dello scambiatore.
Oltre ai tradizionali acciai inossidabili AISI304 e AISI316L, gli scambiatori UniGasket possono essere costruiti con piastre in titanio, titanio al palladio, Hastelloy o altre leghe speciali, garantendo sempre la migliore alternativa al cliente.
I modelli UniGasket possono avere guarnizioni incollate od ad incastro : il sistema di ancoraggio della guarnizione UniLock permette il fissaggio della stessa alla piastra senza l’ausilio di colle o adesivi.
